MEMORANDUM

RE:      Amendment to the 2015 Assembly Meeting Schedule

In order to allow two (2) assembly members and several department heads to attend the Rural Health Care Conference over the week of February 8^th it is recommended that the regular scheduled assembly meeting on February 10^th be rescheduled to February 3^rd in order to avoid unnecessary delays in legislation.

The proposed AMENDED meeting schedule for 2015 is as follows:
